On December 20th our 8th annual Christmas brunch for the Intermediate students took place. Delicious food such as muffins, fresh fruit and vegetables, samosas, sushi, yummy sandwiches, homemade cookies and baking was prepared on the buffet tables for the students and staff to enjoy. There was lots of laughter and anticipation as the house teams sang songs to determine the order in which they would get to visit the buffet table. Another highlight was the skit presented by the teachers. In a humorous manner, the students were reminded about the reason of the season: CHRISTMAS is about the coming of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ!
We had over 20 parents transform the cafeteria into a fine dining venue, decorate, serve, and clean up! A special thank you is extended to Mrs. Mulye who has been part of the decorating committee from the beginning. She will be missed, but we know she has trained others to continue to make this a memorable event. On behalf of the staff and students: THANK YOU to ALL of our Santa helpers! For without your hard work, this event would not be made possible!!
